• Our job is to sell cars and car services. • As our sales manager you'll provide motivation, support training and incentives needed to get our team to do this job exceptionally well. • You'll define team goals and have multiple plans in place for how to achieve them. • Establish effective sales development strategies that scale as our team grows. • Demonstrate a strong business case for Carhoot through a consultative and value-driven sales process. • Meet and exceed your sales goals through forging relationships with key decision makers. • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle. • Recruit, hire train and manage additional Sales reps to scale our team.
• 3+ years experience at Sales roles with experience in high growth startups or corporates in the region • Consistent achievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory closing service offerings • Industry expertise either in automotive, car dealerships, insurance, service organisations, or technology companies. • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to identifying problems and finding solutions • Passion for Carhoot and a strong motivation to bring in new customers to maximize revenue • Drive and willingness to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic • Strategic and creative thinking that enables you to understand industry and customer trends and apply those insights to deliver business results • An entrepreneurial spirit and creativity that sparks your capacity for building and growing business • Ability to play well with others on our team through collaboration and sharing of best practices • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM or automation tools • Experience building a sales process and managing a highly effective team to deliver the same.
