Description

• Title: Senior Analyst • Rate: $50 - $60/hr DOE (12 month contract) • Requirements: BS Degree, 3+ years analytical exp, Advanced Excel • Location: 100% Remote • We have a long-term contract opportunity with a Fortune 100 client undergoing a nationwide ERP system deployment. • We’re seeking an experienced Analyst to support the rollout by triaging data configuration issues identified by end users during launch. • This role is split evenly between data analysis and end-user support, requiring a strong mix of technical and interpersonal skills. • If this sounds like you, please apply! • Responsibilities: • Leverage Excel for data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution. • Act as the first point of contact for field questions related to ERP (Oracle Maintenance Cloud) via the ticketing system. • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolution for system related issues. • Assist with configuring and customizing Oracle Maintenance Cloud to meet evolving business requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment across multiple sites. • Maintain a high level of customer service by identifying and addressing root issues, offering training, and resolving end-user concerns. • Collaborate with field users to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience as an analyst, with strong problem solving skills. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with field personnel. • Prior experience supporting end users in the context of large-scale ERP system deployments • Quick learner with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Detail-oriented with a go-getter mentality.
