• You must live in Eastern Europe and speak at least C1 level English. • You can work fully remotely. • The client’s platform is the first fully integrated ATS and Job Board powered by AI. • The hiring process is disrupted through AI matching qualified candidates with companies. • Their platform provides a more affordable and streamlined way to recruit and hire talent. • Empowering job seekers to find relevant positions faster. • As a senior frontend developer, you will lead in designing and implementing scalable solutions. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in front-end development. • Showcase expertise in technologies such as PostgreSQL, React.js, Next.js, and cloud services. • Responsibilities include leading design, development, and maintenance using Node.js, Next.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL. • Collaborate closely with front-end developers for seamless integration. • Optimize database structures using PostgreSQL. • Utilize cloud platforms to deploy and manage back-end services. • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. • Collaborate with teams to analyze project requirements and provide technical insights.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of frontend development experience using React.js with experience in Next.js and PostgreSQL. • Proven experience building an enterprise system at scale. • Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS or Azure. • English proficiency is a MUST (C1 Level). • Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Experience with early-stage companies and startup environments is a plus. • Excited to work in a startup environment; adaptable to changing priorities. • Ability to work on entire features, from concept to production deployment. • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is desirable. • Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices is a bonus. • Knowledge of containerization technologies, like Docker is a bonus. • Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles is a bonus.
