📋 Description

• Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Assurance Analyst to oversee and manage our Data Service Desk, focusing on data support tickets and operational efficiency. • This role involves auditing and monitoring data within internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. • You will work closely with Data Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across UPSTACK to develop, document, and enforce data policies and standards. • Additionally, you will be responsible for owning and maintaining the Salesforce Data Dictionary, ensuring it remains up-to-date and aligned with organizational needs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems, including understanding CRM data structures and integration. • Solid understanding of technology and computer science principles, including software development and data systems. • Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools. Ability to identify patterns, trends, and data issues from various data sources. • Awareness of data auditing processes and practices, including techniques for ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Familiarity with creating, documenting, and enforcing data policies and standards. • Strong math skills for data analysis, including statistical techniques and quantitative reasoning. • Proficiency in computer-related skills, including programming or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) relevant to data management. • Ability to create detailed, clear, and insightful reports and presentations. Proficiency in data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Exceptional analytical abilities to examine complex data, identify trends, and address data-related issues. • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and handle detailed work efficiently. • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively with various teams. • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with various departments (e.g., UX/UI, Engineering, Sales) to achieve common goals. • Genuine interest in building and operating data auditing processes to ensure data quality and compliance. • Strong problem-solving skills to address data issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions. • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and dynamic work environments, showing flexibility in managing changes and new challenges.
