📋 Description
• контроль і аналіз потоку трафіку • збір даних зі звітів та передача ключової інформації баєрам і їхнім лідам • оцінка ефективності банерів, креативів та воронок для ухвалення рішень щодо масштабування чи зупинки • оптимізація рекламних воронок, генерація ідей для покращення оферів і тестування нових підходів • проведення досліджень ринку: аналіз конкурентних зв’язок, креативів, продуктів і трендів • аналіз якості заливів • розробка системи сповіщень та сигналів для баєрів щодо їхніх кампаній і сплітів • робота з наявними аналітичними звітами, формування процесу моніторингу ефективності трафіку та створення команди під цей напрям
🎯 Requirements
• досвід 3+ років у performance marketing, арбітражі, медіабаїнгу або трафік-аналітиці • глибоке розуміння воронок, CPA/RS/Hybrid-моделей та роботи з оферами • відмінні аналітичні навички: вміння виявляти закономірності, будувати гіпотези та перевіряти їх • досвід роботи з Keitaro та іншими трекерами • навички роботи з Tableau або іншими BI-інструментами • досвід автоматизації процесів (системи сповіщень, алерти, скрипти для звітності) • вміння працювати в команді, доносити аналітичні висновки до стейкхолдерів • бажано, але не критично: досвід у Python / SQL; знання Google BigQuery; досвід роботи на lead-позиції: керування аналітикою або менторство команди
