• підготовка та проведення досліджень • створення анкет, опитувань, тестів • участь у рекрутингу респондентів • організація та запис сесій користувацьких інтерв’ю та тестів • робота з даними з аналітичних інструментів • підготовка, обробка та структурування даних, отриманих під час досліджень • підготовка звітів • ведення бази знань про користувачів у Dovetail • участь у брейнштормах для покращення користувацького досвіду • вивчення конкурентів (competitive analysis) • участь у покращенні поточних дослідницьких процесів
🎯 Requirements
• практичний досвід використання методів дослідження • досвід використання платформ для проведення модерованих і немодерованих досліджень (Lyssna, Maze, UsabilityHub, Hotjar, UserTesting або аналоги) • розуміння принципів UX-дизайну з акцентом на дослідження потреб користувачів • досвід інтеграції результатів досліджень у процеси розробки продукту • уміння структурувати результати досліджень, оформлювати звіти та створювати презентації на основі висновків • досвід збору та використання користувацьких даних за допомогою Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar, FullStory або аналоги • досвід взаємодії з різними командами (дизайнерами, продакт-менеджерами, розробниками) • досвід роботи з Excel або Google Sheets • рівень англійської від B1 • бажано, але не критично: володіння інструментами для аналізу даних (SPSS, R, Python); володіння розмовною англійською на рівні Advanced
