📋 Description

• Upstart is a leading AI lending marketplace partnering with banks and credit unions to expand access to affordable credit. • The Analytics team plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Upstart. • As a Senior Analyst on the Auto Analytics team, you will drive critical analytics, reporting, and pricing strategies that support the growth of our Retail and Refinance Auto products. • You will work cross-functionally with finance, credit, and strategy teams to assess revenue and cost impacts, optimize pricing, and enhance borrower creditworthiness evaluations. • The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, and structured data models (e.g., JSON) and a proven ability to craft executive-level presentations. • This role will have an opportunity to make a meaningful, quantifiable impact on a growing portfolio by proposing and implementing multiple credit and pricing changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or a related field • SQL and Python skills for data analysis and reporting • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and presentations for executives • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s Degree
