•Develop advanced Machine Learning models for loan offers. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve loan proposals. •Utilize machine learning to enhance model accuracy and conversion rates. •Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

•Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. •Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, data science, or related roles. •Expertise in Python, and proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., XGBoost, PyTorch, scikit-learn) •Strong understanding of statistical modeling, and model development principles.
