Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on design and project leadership experience at a digital agency or equivalent • Independent design leader with a portfolio demonstrating business impact • Expertise in leading research programs that result in impactful design executions • Capable of understanding business context and articulating the why behind decisions • Displays craft by designing around new concepts • Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team and ensure alignment with core ideas • Transforms design concepts into user interfaces and design systems • Strong communicator and active listener • Sets pace of velocity and efficiency through every step • Supports business development initiatives as a creative representative
