Description

• Our client is dedicated to delivering high-quality orthopedic care to underserved communities, including those on Medicaid or uninsured. • The Bookkeeper will play an essential role in managing daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate reporting. • This remote role requires someone with experience in healthcare finance, strong bookkeeping skills, and proficiency with QuickBooks. • Record, categorize, and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks. • Maintain accurate and organized financial records. • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies. • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and audits as needed. • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper with proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop). • Experience in healthcare finance is strongly preferred. • Familiarity with basic accounting principles. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
