Description

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: • Identify and research potential clients that align with Uptalent.io’s target market and service offerings. • Use various channels including cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads and initiate contact with key decision-makers. • Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos. • Partnership Development: • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and industry influencers to enhance Uptalent.io’s market presence. • Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives such as co-marketing campaigns, events, or product integrations. • Sales Pipeline Management: • Manage and prioritize leads efficiently using CRM software to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities. • Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales forecasts. • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: • Conduct initial meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase Uptalent.io’s services and solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. • Market Research and Strategy: • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Contribute to the development of business development strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals. • Collaboration and Team Support: • Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. • Provide support and insights to colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment. • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
