Description
• Manage and monitor all aspects of the company's financial operations • Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs • Lead and manage the finance team • Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements • Assist in the development of company budgets and forecasts • Identify and evaluate potential financial risks and opportunities • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • CPA or CFA certification preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting • Experience in managing financial operations for a mid-sized company • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong leadership and management abilities
