• Identify and research potential clients that align with Uptalent.io’s target market and service offerings. • Use various channels including cold calling, emailing, and social media to generate leads and initiate contact with key decision-makers. • Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos for the sales team. • Manage and prioritize leads efficiently using CRM software to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities. • Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales forecasts. • Conduct initial meetings and presentations to showcase Uptalent.io’s services and solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align sales development efforts with overall company objectives. • Provide support and insights to colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment. • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
