• Develop and implement visually appealing designs for advertisements, social media content, case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing materials. • Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms including social media, websites, emails, and print materials. • Design illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to support our content and marketing strategies. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for campaigns, promotions, and events. • Maintain and enhance Uptalent.io’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visual content fresh and innovative. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the company.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role. • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects across various mediums. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. • Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding. • Experience designing for digital marketing, including social media, email, and web. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional design work.
