• Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: - Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s objectives - Plan and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) • Content Creation and Management: - Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other visual content for social media posts and ads - Write compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency with the brand voice - Manage and oversee social media content calendar • Engagement and Community Management: - Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments, providing timely responses - Foster and grow an active online community, encouraging engagement and interaction • Advertising and Campaigns: - Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions - Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI • Metrics and Analysis: - Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and platform-specific insights - Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest data-driven improvements • Collaboration and Leadership: - Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms - Manage and mentor junior social media staff or interns as needed - Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized projects when necessary

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a B2B environment • Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills in graphic design and video production • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools • Strong writing and communication skills • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred
