• Success in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively manage and grow Uptalent.io’s social media presence, create engaging and high-quality content, drive user engagement, and contribute to lead generation and conversion through strategic social media initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a B2B environment • Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills in graphic design and video production • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools • Strong writing and communication skills • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred
