📋 Description

• Design and build scalable backend services with Python. • Architect and optimize MySQL schemas, write efficient queries, and implement caching strategies for high performance. • Manage and enhance AWS services like EC2, RDS, and S3 for robust, scalable cloud solutions. • Create secure, high-performance RESTful APIs to support frontend applications. • Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building production backend systems with Python. • Strong expertise in MySQL, including query tuning, indexing, and performance optimization. • Deep experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud architecture best practices. • Proven ability to create scalable, distributed systems. • Solid understanding of web security principles and implementation. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and code quality tools. • A track record of mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives. • Experience using PyTorch to train and fine-tine models. • Experience building RAG applications. • Knowledge of microservices architecture. • Experience with Kubernetes/Docker. • Familiarity with message queuing systems like RabbitMQ or SQS. • Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools. • Understanding of DevOps practices. • Blockchain and Solidity Experience is preferred!
