Description

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting US Urology’s IT infrastructure • Collaborate closely with senior team members • Monitor system performance to ensure availability and reliability • Provide support for network systems including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and system operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server) are a plus • 2 years (minimum) of experience in a similar IT Infrastructure or support role
