• Deliver high quality insights & dashboards for leadership to make key business decisions on initiatives such as retention, growth / marketing, and clinical outcomes • Contribute to and own the definition of key business metrics • Provide recommendations on key metrics and measure the impact of initiatives through the creation of KPIs • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, product, finance, clinical, and growth/marketing to build data-informed business strategies and roadmaps • Proactively surfacing data gaps and be able to contribute to data pipelines.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in roles focused on data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics. • SQL wizard. Data engineering proficiency / familiarity is a plus. • Based in NYC or willing to relocate.
