• The Director of Sales Enablement will lead our Sales Enablement function. • Equipping the Provider Partnerships team with necessary tools and resources. • Own the strategy and execution of sales onboarding and training. • Drive faster rep ramp time and increased referral volume. • Build programs for leadership development and PPM feedback loops.
• 10+ years of total sales experience - with 3+ years in sales enablement and 1+ year of management experience. • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective onboarding, training, and coaching programs. • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and challenges faced by sales teams.
