• Pipeline and workflow optimization • Design, execute, and refine GTM workflows to generate qualified pipeline using tools like Clay, Koala, Unify, HubSpot, Cognism, and Sendspark • Automate lead scoring, account prioritization, and personalized outreach to maximize conversion rates • Manage and integrate SaaS and AI tools to streamline outbound, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement processes • Own the tech stack for GTM automation, creating systems that reduce inefficiencies and improve outcomes • Build and run a testing framework for micro-campaigns, signal-based strategies, and process optimizations • Drive scalable, repeatable processes that deliver transformative 10x results • Act as the technical and strategic bridge between sales, marketing, and product teams • Align efforts across departments to optimize workflows and ensure a seamless customer journey • Monitor KPIs like conversion rates, pipeline growth, and sales efficiency • Report on insights and outcomes to refine strategies and contribute directly to revenue growth • You’re experienced with tools like Clay, Koala, Unify, HubSpot, Cognism, and Sendspark, and you know how to use them to drive efficiency and results • You stay ahead of trends, always evaluating and adopting new tools that give your team a competitive edge • You thrive on solving complex problems with innovative solutions that challenge the status quo • You balance strategic thinking with tactical execution to build GTM systems that scale • You excel at achieving high output with minimal resources, leveraging automation to eliminate repetitive tasks • You embrace experimentation, continuously refining strategies to deliver measurable improvements • You have 6-8+ years in RevOps, Growth, or Sales with a proven track record of managing GTM strategies and tools • You’re comfortable working across teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals
