Description

• Have ownership of our infrastructure, which includes availability, costs, security, documentation and performance • Support teams working with PHP, Java and Python • Build tools to enable developers to maintain their code in production • Monitor applications, gather telemetry and use associated utilities. Unified logging and error reporting • Manage users and passwords in coordination with security team

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer. • You have a degree in computer science or similar. • You are highly proficient in spoken and written English. • You have a passion for working with technology products. • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. • You are proactive and like to take responsibility. • You have experience with: • IaC (Terraform) and configuration management • Cloud computing providers (AWS) • CI/CD and SCM/VCS tools (Bitbucket, Github) • Kubernetes and Helm • Large scale/high workload environments and managing resource constraints (RAM/CPU, etc) • Securing internet-facing traffic (WAF, security groups, subnetting, etc) • Experience in managing large mysql databases is a plus. • Experience in optimizing mysql is a plus.
