📋 Description
• Identify needs of client's and manage all scheduling of appropriate home care aides based on skill set and availability. • Schedule care for clients in the geriatric division and children/adult with special needs division. • Provide supportive leadership to staff for daily operations. • Communicate effectively with employees for scheduling needs and client preferences/needs. • Provide customer service and directly resolve any issues and concerns. • Submitting schedules and data entry.

• 18+ years old • US work authorization • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to pass a background check and reference check • Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
