📋 Description
• Lead Quality Engineer, Pricing will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services within the pricing domain • This role will have deep product knowledge focused on defining, implementing, and promoting consistent test practices within the team • Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project/program-oriented test efforts • Own all testing including integration, functional, performance, regression, automation and acceptance testing • Establish and implement test management strategy, processes and methodologies for the project/program test community • Responsible for establishing and managing key testing milestones and collaborating with Test Leads to adjust project schedules and resources • Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise impacting the test effort being managed • Assist in identifying and prioritizing testing related risks and mitigation approaches • Proven success in delivering quality, scalable software platforms and products • Own the delivery and integration of test automation tools to improve developer productivity, software quality, performance, and stability • Collaborate with SRE’s and product teams to review and refine application NFRs, SLAs, & KPIs to create acceptance criteria
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in quality engineering field, both manual and automation • 5+ Years of experience leading QA team and handling test challenges at the team level, providing guidance, support and mentorship • Advanced knowledge of test engineering practices within an Agile SDLC methodology • Experience in organizational transformation, leading efforts to instill a culture of testing and automation • Track record of timely delivery of high-quality software • Excellent problem solving, issue identification and technical documentation skills • Practical knowledge of test automation tools for mobile, web, and service technologies
