• Ushur is transforming the way enterprises communicate and engage with customers. • The Payroll & Benefits Contractor will manage payroll, employee benefits, and state registration processes across North America. • This position ensures that payroll is processed accurately and on time, while providing support on benefits enrollment, compliance, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) • 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration, benefits management, and multi-state compliance • Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll laws and regulations. • Proficiency with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Gusto, Paycom) and benefits platforms • Experience with US-based benefits administration, including health plans, 401(k), and FSA/HSA • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a plus. • Experience with state registrations and multi-state payroll compliance. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data reporting.
