📋 Description
• Configure and maintain the CPQ system to support complex product and pricing configurations. • Provide day-to-day support to CPQ users, including troubleshooting issues and providing guidance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements. • Develop and implement solutions to optimize the CPQ platform. • Manage integrations between the CPQ system and other business systems, such as CRM and ERP. • Develop training materials and documentation for CPQ users. • Conduct testing and validation of system changes, enhancements, and new features.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. • 3-5 years proven experience as a CPQ Analyst or similar role. • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with proven CPQ platforms. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • CPQ Certification(s) preferred.
