Description

• Prepare and process weekly payroll for the US employees • Manage and record the weekly invoices into computerized software programs; • Ensure the withholding and/or deductions associated with net pay is done properly; • Analyze and resolve pay discrepancies and address issues; • Schedule and process supplemental payrolls and on-demand payments, as required; • Maintain employee payroll records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures; • Maintain relationships with third-party service providers; • Provide reports as requested by internal managers; • Perform or assist with various accounting responsibilities, including monthly journal entries and account reconciliations as needed. Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting closes by providing related payroll information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred) • Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting • Experience with US GAAP (preferred) • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under pressure of deadlines • General understanding of accounting practices and principles • Experience with automated accounting programs and systems • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to apply discretion and trust with confidential material • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data • Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent time managing skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines • Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
