📋 Description
• UtilitiesOne is looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. • Responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance business processes. • Improve user experience and drive data-driven decision-making. • Ensure effective use of Salesforce across departments including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and training. • Leverage the full potential of the Salesforce system. • Key Responsibilities include managing and customizing Salesforce instances, implementing and managing workflows, creating reports, and providing user training.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud • Experience with managing user accounts, roles, and permissions • Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, and process automation within Salesforce • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Experience with data management tools and data migration processes • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus • Working schedule: 15:00-23:00
