📋 Description
• Manage the engineering team responsible for scoping, building, and maintaining our utility integrations product (UDX) • Collaborate with product management and engineering management to ensure the team is enabled to achieve the company goals • Foster a spirit of collaboration and continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year acting as management or leadership • Strong collaborative skills and experience working closely with and forming strong partnerships with product management and customer-facing teams • Experience building processes that allow teams to work efficiently and optimally • Experience setting goals for direct reports and motivating engineers to hit those goals • Experience guiding teams through modernization of code • Nice to have: some experience working on software projects governed by contracts
