• Responsible for assessing and influencing design from an operational perspective • Building a luxurious product from scratch, including service, brand identity, and best practices
• Extensive operational experience in hospitality projects • Experience with boutique hotels (worldwide) • In-depth knowledge of High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) guest expectations and luxury service standards • Background as a hotel manager, pre-opening manager for boutique hotels, or similar role • Familiarity with commercial aspects, including F&B operations, spa offerings, treatments, and technologies • Ability to analyze and improve guest experience and operational efficiency • Understanding of property management systems, relevant software applications, and technology integrations • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Languages: native/fluent English and Spanish
