• Responsible for assessing and influencing design from an operational perspective in luxury hospitality projects. • Analyze operations and define frameworks for guest experiences.
• Extensive operational experience in hospitality projects. • Experience with boutique hotels (worldwide). • In-depth knowledge of High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) guest expectations and luxury service standards. • Background as a hotel manager, pre-opening manager for the boutique hotels, or similar role. • Familiarity with commercial aspects, including F&B operations, spa offerings, treatments, and technologies. • Ability to analyze and improve guest experience and operational efficiency. • Understanding of property management systems, relevant software applications, and technology integrations. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Languages: native / fluent English and Spanish.
