📋 Description

• The Graphic Designer is responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. • You’ll be shaping the visual aspects of websites with creative flair and strong ability to translate requirements into design. • Collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base. • Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project specifications. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives. • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for digital and print media. • Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and implementation. • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design outcomes. • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to enhance skill set and creative output.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field or a related field. • At least 3-5 years of experience in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe in Design, Jira is a must. • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of relevant work experience. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred. • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs. • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
