📋 Description
• Responsible for defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. • Shape the visual aspects of websites. • Collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase user base. • Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project specifications. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. • Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and implementation. • Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines. • Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field or a related field. • At least 3-5 years of experience in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe in Design, Jira is a must. • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of relevant work experience. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred. • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs. • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
