• Maintain and develop UW’s Insurance products. • Collaborate with a team of software engineers and product managers. • Modernise technology for managing task queues. • Enhance scripts to improve agent efficiency. • Perform lift-and-shift migrations to transition third-party software. • Automate billing processes for accuracy and efficiency. • Improve management of customer communications. • Write new features in existing microservices and ensure reliability in production.
