• The Account and Project Manager at Manufacturing Works will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with manufacturing clients primarily in their territory, and in some cases, across the state. • They will work closely with the Center's team to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and coordinate the delivery of services, ensuring successful project completion. • The Account and Project Manager will also be responsible for expanding the Center's client base by identifying leads and pursuing new opportunities. • This role requires a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably related to private sector industry. • Minimum two years of leadership and program management experience. • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of business development gained from direct experience and/or formal training. • Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy and a willingness to travel within Wyoming.
