• As a Senior UX Researcher, you'll take a leadership role in driving impactful research initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients on a mix of exciting projects. • Your expertise will not only guide research but also inspire the team and elevate our digital experiences. • You'll be the cornerstone of our efforts to understand user behaviors and preferences, crafting insights that help us and our clients achieve their goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have: 3-5 years of proven experience as a UX Researcher with a robust portfolio showcasing your research work. • Extensive experience in usability testing, user interviews, expert reviews, personas, user journey mapping, and stakeholder/discovery interviews. • Advanced proficiency with various UX research tools and software, such as usability testing software, survey platforms, and analytics tools. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change within the organization. • Exceptional project management skills and a proven track record of leading research initiatives. • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential. • Nice to have: Relevant UX certifications or coursework. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a similar discipline) or equivalent experience in the field.
