Description

• Director of Marketing for a startup • Responsible for demand generation, growth marketing, brand marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, field marketing • Core backbone of product-led/land & expand growth motion • Use OKRs to stay focused and align team • Work with sales, product, design & eng teams • Develop product-led flywheel • Measure adoption of PQLs • Develop inventive and engaging marketing campaigns • Reduce CAC • Experiment to establish new growth channels • Wake up a historically snoozy space with a refined voice and message • Contribute to current & future customers leveraging V-Comply • Global customer base • Physical office locations in the Bay Area and India • Remote-first with team members spread along the west coast
