Description

• Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. • Manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate executive meetings, and handle confidential information. • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives for the firm's growth. • Streamline day-to-day operations and act as a key liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Two (2) to six (6) years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferrably supporting C-level executives. • Strong sense of urgency & responsiveness to tasks, initiatives, and requests. • Experience working within the consulting industry • 1+ years of user experience in Salesforce. • Strong written, oral, and aural communication skills. • Passion for learning and self-awareness around areas for growth. • Ability to receive and apply constructive criticism and to manage conflict in a professionally mature manner. • Self-motivation and ability to overcome hurdles with reasonable guidance. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce applications. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
