Description

β€’ Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. β€’ Manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate executive meetings, and handle confidential information. β€’ Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives for the firm's growth. β€’ Streamline day-to-day operations and act as a key liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.

Requirements

β€’ Two (2) to six (6) years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferrably supporting C-level executives. β€’ Strong sense of urgency & responsiveness to tasks, initiatives, and requests. β€’ Experience working within the consulting industry β€’ 1+ years of user experience in Salesforce. β€’ Strong written, oral, and aural communication skills. β€’ Passion for learning and self-awareness around areas for growth. β€’ Ability to receive and apply constructive criticism and to manage conflict in a professionally mature manner. β€’ Self-motivation and ability to overcome hurdles with reasonable guidance. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce applications. β€’ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
