🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds/products, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products (Mulesoft, data/analytics/AI). • Strong ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, translating technical concepts into business terms. • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and operational stakeholders. • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, ideally in consulting or professional services. • Proven experience working directly with clients at various levels, from individual contributors to executives. • Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives, anticipate client needs, and proactively manage expectations. • 3-5 years of experience working in environments that require an understanding of technical deliverables, data integration, and system configuration. • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and oversee the development of technical specifications based on business requirements. • Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst are strongly preferred.
