Description

•Help lead projects and work throughout the entire project life-cycle •Define, design, develop and implement custom software solutions using Appian’s low-code platform •Work within an agile environment to understand business processes and technical needs •Launch new relational data models in production •Develop APIs to integrate with multiple systems •Lead/mentor consultants through fast-paced software implementations •Collaborate with operations, technical teams and business users

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. •5+ years of experience developing enterprise-level solutions using the Appian platform. •Strong knowledge of Appian development best practices and standards. •Proficiency in Appian SAIL, Process Modeling, and Integration Design. •Experience with Agile development methodologies. •Ability to lead and mentor junior developers. •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills. •Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role. •Experience with Appian plug-ins and custom components. •Familiarity with other low-code platforms.
