📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Business Analyst Location : Colombia • Shift : 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Bogota Time • Experience 3+ • We are in search of a driven Strategy & Insight Consultant to support us in enhancing the performance of our clients across multiple industries. • The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to review and evaluate current business strategies, propose improvements, and implement initiatives to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. • We encourage candidates with experience in strategy consulting to apply for this role. • Key Responsibilities: • Process Walkthroughs: Conduct detailed walkthroughs of business processes to identify opportunities for automation and gather requirements. • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs), proposals, and other necessary documentation to support RPA initiatives. • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document business requirements for RPA solutions. • Analysis and Mapping: Analyze business processes, map them to automation solutions, and identify potential improvements. • Solution Design: Work with the RPA development team to design effective automation solutions that meet business requirements. • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business users and the RPA development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives. • Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing and validation of RPA solutions where needed to ensure they meet business needs and function as intended. • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the new processes and automated solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Business Administration in finance, Marketing, International business, Strategy or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and training. • Proven experience as a business strategy consultant or similar role, ideally from a Big 4 or similar background. • Analysis of financial metrics, business metrics, competitive intelligence, data mining, market research, predictive analysis. • Interest in emerging technologies such as blockchain, IOT, RPA, conversational AI, etc. • Proficient in Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced skills. • Ability to prepare detailed financial documents and complex reports. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with excellent data collection and analysis skills. • Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certification is a plus.
