Because for our rapidly growing Atlassian team, we are looking for Sales Managers who have the courage to break new ground with passion and entrepreneurial flair. As a new Sales Manager Atlassian you will be a valuable member of our sales team from Day One and have the opportunity to actively shape and develop our sales activities. With your impulses, new ideas and initiatives as well as a strong hands-on mentality, you will help us to take the sales team to the next level. • Your Assignment - You are responsible as an Atlassian Solution Sales Manager for the development and implementation of sales campaigns - You participate in the evolution of the Atlassian team's strategy, especially with regard to sales and marketing - You develop new ideas and initiatives for the Atlassian Business Line - You create offers for professional services, trainings and license reselling - You present offers and services as a competent contact person and perform product demonstrations - You advise on Atlassian products, various Atlassian license models and a wide range of apps from various vendors - You manage inbound inquiries independently and competently, maintain and intensify new and existing customer relationships and develop new creative sales ideas together with the Sales Team. - You analyze opportunities and leads - You are co-responsible for tender management (cooperation and support in tenders) - You are responsible for the professional consulting of customers and create offers that fit their requirements. - You represent Valiantys at trade fairs and other events • What you need to be successful In the very best case, you already know the Atlassian suite of products. However, as we recognize this as our own wishful thinking, this is absolutely not a must-have criterion. A bright mind can learn such things quickly. Must-haves - At least 2 years of experience in sales (preferred: SaaS, software solutions, IT services) - Customer focus, open-mindedness, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and proactive communication skills - Enjoy building and applying new knowledge and achieving sales goals - Open-mindedness towards new tasks - Very good eye for detail and structured way of working - Ability to work independently in flat hierarchies - Above-average written and spoken German and at least business-fluent English skills - Ability to manage several tasks in parallel - High motivation to make a difference and actively grow with us Nice to have - Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management and/or the Atlassian licensing business - Knowledge of CRM applications such as Hubspot or similar products for inbound Marketing, sales and customer experience - Experience in agile environment and/or traditional project management and/or IT service management • Why you should apply People are our biggest asset and we work hard to make sure Valiantys is not only a great place to work but also provides a platform for you to grow. - Ownership. Requirements
