• About Valiantys • Valiantys is the leading global consulting and services firm dedicated to Atlassian and accelerating business transformation. • With unparalleled expertise, we support our customers across their entire project spectrum, digitising processes and modernising teamwork through the best Agile methods and tools. • Bridging the gap between applications and strategic practices such as Enterprise Service Management, ITSM, Agile at Scale, Cloud Migrations, etc. • Are you ready to shape the future of IT Service Management with cutting-edge tools and innovative solutions? • Join our dynamic team as a Senior Atlassian Consultant and take a leading role in transforming how businesses operate, collaborate, and deliver IT services. • Your Assignment • As a Senior Atlassian Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of our IT Service Management (ITSM) practice, specializing in crafting tailored solutions using the Atlassian suite, including Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket. • Your expertise will help clients streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and achieve operational excellence. • From understanding client needs to delivering bespoke implementations and providing strategic guidance, you will drive impactful ITSM transformations, empowering organisations to reach new heights. • Things You'll Be Working On • Project Delivery • Deliver high-quality consulting services focused on Atlassian products, adapting project management methodologies to diverse client scenarios. • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction. • Kick off projects with clients, monitor progress, and mentor junior team members to achieve excellence. • Customer Management • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, becoming their go-to expert for ITSM solutions. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on goals and outcomes. • Understand clients' business objectives and work collaboratively to deliver value-driven results. • Consulting Excellence • Apply your technical expertise to deliver advanced solutions, including technical audits, functional configurations, and custom integrations. • Stay informed on market trends, Atlassian product developments, and competitive differentiators to maintain a leading edge. • Collaboration • Become a specialist in ITSM methodologies like ITIL or Agile digital transformation, or champion specific Atlassian tools. • Partner with sales teams to provide technical insights during pre-sales engagements and share best practices with colleagues. • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives by creating content for blogs, knowledge bases, and proposal documentation. • Service Request Automation • Design and implement streamlined service request automation solutions within Atlassian tools to drive efficiency and reduce manual workloads. • Incident and Problem Management • Configure Atlassian tools to support robust incident and problem management processes, ensuring rapid resolution and root cause analysis. • Change Management Implementation • Lead the customization and deployment of change management processes in Atlassian tools, promoting seamless IT operations. • Compliance and Governance • Ensure all solutions align with ITSM frameworks and governance standards, embedding compliance into configurations and processes.

Requirements

• A degree in computer science or equivalent technical experience. • A proven dedication to personal and professional development, keeping up with industry trends and best practices. • Strong knowledge of the Atlassian suite, including Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket, with experience implementing and configuring these tools for ITSM solutions. • An analytical mindset to tackle complex challenges and design effective, scalable solutions. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. • Experience managing full project lifecycles, from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. • Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment, juggling multiple projects and adapting to client needs. • An understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and familiarity with the competitive landscape, including key differentiators and trends
