Make our team, your team! • Position Overview • As a Senior Systems Engineer (IT) at Valimail, you will own the Build side of our IT team, focusing on creating, designing, and maintaining clean, scalable, and secure systems. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience across IT systems, a passion for automation, and a drive to continually refine and optimize processes. • You’ll work with our core systems, including macOS, Kandji, Okta, Okta Workflows, Jira, Slack, Zoom, ChatGPT, and Google Workspace. Your goal will be to implement systems that are precise, resilient, and aligned with our values.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role. • Deep knowledge of macOS, Kandji, Okta, Okta Workflows, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, ChatGPT, and Google Workspace. • Proven ability to design and implement automated workflows and systems. • Strong analytical skills with an obsession for detail and precision. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise documentation. • Self-motivated, values-aligned, and committed to follow-through. • A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, with a focus on continuous improvement.
