📋 Description
• Develop and implement our social media and events strategy to increase awareness of Valla, improve engagement and generate new leads and signups. • Review, develop and implement the social media strategy • Create engaging social media content and campaigns that resonate with Valla’s audience • Work with marketing team and designer to create marketing and promotional assets to support campaigns, including landing pages, images and videos. • Improve Employment Tribunal Support Group and campaign to increase registration, attendance rate, engagement and conversion • Develop, test and optimise new online events to help support and engage our audience • Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance • Identify and propose ways to automate processes, and work with the wider to team to implement automations
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience in social media strategy and campaign management for tech startups/scaleups • Hands-on experience working across social platforms: TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram • Proven success in managing end-to-end social media campaigns with measurable results • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, analysing, and optimising campaign performance • Strong knowledge and up-to-date with new social features, industry trends and best practice with a proven ability to apply them effectively • 3+ years experience developing, creating, co-ordinating and managing online events • Ideally strong experience in Zoom webinars and Hubspot • Experience conceptualising and producing engaging social content and assets that resonates with audiences • Strong communication and copywriting skills • Keen interest in using AI and automation to improve campaigns and increase efficiency in processes
