• Como Business Solutions Analyst , serás responsable de analizar, documentar y optimizar procesos empresariales, colaborando con stakeholders y equipos técnicos para implementar soluciones innovadoras y tecnológicas. • Tu rol incluirá la identificación de oportunidades de mejora, la elaboración de especificaciones técnicas y el apoyo en la implementación de proyectos estratégicos.
🎯 Requirements
• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Electrónica, Industrial o campos afines. • 6+ años de experiencia en proyectos de desarrollo de software. • 4+ años de experiencia como analista de negocios/soluciones o arquitecto de soluciones. • Experiencia liderando talleres para definir procesos AS-IS/TO-BE y trabajando en equipos ágiles o waterfall. • Habilidad para documentar requisitos y traducirlos en especificaciones técnicas. • Experiencia utilizando herramientas como Confluence, Jira y SmartSheets (o similares) para documentar User Stories. • Conocimiento en implementación y soporte de soluciones SaaS. • Comprensión general de protocolos y tecnologías, con capacidad para validar interfaces API, revisar logs y monitorear el rendimiento de aplicaciones web. • Inglés fluido (requisito excluyente).
