Description

β€’ Taking care of maintaining and developing relationships with clients and subcontractors. β€’ Continuously communication and improvement of cooperation with clients. β€’ Daily registering problem cases (claims management) and informing/escalating to the internal team. β€’ Client account management. β€’ Onboarding of the clients. β€’ Demo preparations of the software and apps. β€’ Cooperation with product team.

Requirements

β€’ Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken. β€’ 1+ years experience in SAAS products (customer support, account management, partner management). β€’ You are empathic and communicate proactively, fast, and politely. β€’ You are a confident user of MS Office & PC in general.
