β’ Taking care of maintaining and developing relationships with clients and subcontractors. β’ Continuously communication and improvement of cooperation with clients. β’ Daily registering problem cases (claims management) and informing/escalating to the internal team. β’ Client account management. β’ Onboarding of the clients. β’ Demo preparations of the software and apps. β’ Cooperation with product team.
β’ Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken. β’ 1+ years experience in SAAS products (customer support, account management, partner management). β’ You are empathic and communicate proactively, fast, and politely. β’ You are a confident user of MS Office & PC in general.
