📋 Description
• At Vanta, our mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data. • We are looking for an exceptional Director, People Business Partner to support Vanta’s global Revenue organization. • You’ll play a critical role in accelerating Vanta’s growth and helping our Revenue leaders build, develop and retain world-class teams. • This role reports directly to the Head of People Business Partners.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience as a PBP supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment; experience with working with a global Revenue organization is highly preferred • 5+ years of people leadership experience preferred • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to translate business needs into people initiatives and strategy • Strong expertise in HR practices and best practices, and has knowledge of emerging trends • Strong business acumen and insatiable curiosity to learn how the business and your client groups operate • Highly solutions oriented with demonstrated strong judgment. Can proactively guide leaders through difficult decision making and challenges. • Excellent influencer, communicator, facilitator, and listener with a balanced and thoughtful approach to building trust across all levels of the organization • Creativity and grit to skillfully problem solve and navigate dynamic, ambiguous situations • Ability to analyze data and effectively communicate key insights, getting resourceful when data might not be readily available • A demonstrated track record of bias for action, rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
