Description

• Our Engineering Managers develop and grow high-performing teams that deliver significant value to our customers and enable our business to scale. • Vanta’s mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data. • You’ll leverage your past experience and play a crucial role in laying the groundwork for a successful engineering organization.

Requirements

• Have two or more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering manager role of either a Design Systems or Front End Platform Engineering team (and/or previous experience as an individual contributor on either of these types of teams) • Have prior experience managing complex, long-term projects that touch multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Have previous startup experience, or worked in an environment that prioritizes a bias for action • Have an interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space • Have experience owning enterprise grade products
