Description

• At Vanta, our mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data. • We empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. • We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Security to lead our Security Engineering team. • Vanta’s Security Engineering team provides essential security operational services, sets policies and standards regarding security requirements, and ensures effective risk management.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience in engineering-driven security • Inherent alignment with our trust-based, human-centric security culture • Strong application security experience in a SaaS environment • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards • Understanding of security technologies and communication of technical direction for security programs • Ability to assess and analyze security risks comprehensively • Ability to build trust and strong partnerships internally
